Abstract

The peoples of the world aspire to achieve broad levels of development and now its dimensions, especially health and economic, due to the intelligent connection between these dimensions and their impact on the rest of the health, sports, and cultural dimensions, especially in the modern era, where technology has reached an unparalleled level of development, with awareness, universality, universality, and economic awareness, since the environment and effective development are human rights and are closely linked at all times. This requires compassionate efforts on the part of states, and women are obligated to meet the needs mentioned in the Qur’an.

Given the importance of our legal topic, which we adopt, we aim through it to identify commercial and economic rights in order to integrate them with this, on the one hand, and to determine their role in achieving economic development and investment in order to answer the main problem, which is:

We mean by the extent of the ability of shareholders to confront the most important small issues, except the problem of pollution, and then various global phenomena that exhaust countries and women, and to judge the extent of their success in controlling the commitment to the highest arbitration and leadership of the minority and eliminating the problems of development, poverty and attrition.

We will address all of the above through the following two axes:

  • The first axis: environmental and agricultural rights for agricultural integration

  • The second axis: The role of suburbs in economic development for sustainability
