Consumer Protection from Pharmaceutical Fraud in the Algerian legislation

Abstract
Medicines are considered as the best mean to treat patients, as result productive companies start competing with each other to produce the best, and the most effective medicines even so as to distribute it to consumers, as consequence to the race towards the top another phenomenon has emerged to invade the markets world widely; witch is medicinal fraud or imitative medications, and the latter pushed the government to put severe laws to punish responsible, finally this article is written to show the aspects of Algerian legislative protection enacted in medications and pharmaceutical domain is surely put to protect consumer’s health of any fraud or imitation.
